Our vast sheet metal department consists of state-of-the-art fiber optic laser systems, press brakes, turret punch machines, and tooling to process any sheet metal requirements you may have.
We specialize in large quantity part processing with a quick turn-around time. Our finishing department includes all necessary sanding and grinding operations as well as wet paint and powder coat processing.
We are also a PED and ASME certified manufacturer of tanks and vessels of all sizes and materials. Servicing the Hudson Valley and the surrounding Northeastern US region, we are located in Poughkeepsie, NY, near several major transportation routes.
Just added to our already impressive list of manufacturing capabilities is the Jet Edge X-5 five axis water jet. It features 5-axis waterjet cutting capable of bevel cutting to 60°. Complex 3D parts, including impellers and gears, can be cut in the hardest materials with a taper-free finish. Controlled with the fully networkable Aquavision DI, the system is optimized with multiple heads, nesting software, laser surface mapping and lights-out cutting.
